The Path to an Outside Sales Career

At Giant Lending, the sky’s the limit! If you’re ready to bring your “A” game and follow the path to an outside sales career with a proven track record of success, we provide on the job training, tools, and resources. New Account Executives receive 600 hours of paid training each year, along with their own book of business and access to highly competitive products and services. You’ll dive right in.

What you will be doing as an inside Account Executive

  • Building and maintaining long-term Broker relationships in 49 states.
  • Training and educating brokers on Giant Lending’s Runway system, programs, products, guidelines, and processes.
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates
  • Acting as your clients’ go-to resource for guidance and solutions
  • Monitoring the performance of accounts in your pipeline
 

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in relationship-based sales, mortgage sales, Mortgage Operations or wholesale account executive
  • A desire for a six-figure income and motivated to work in a competitive sales environment
  • B2B Related field AND one year of client service-based experience
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Proven relationship building and business development skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly entrepreneurial
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Professionalism on the phone and face-to-face
  • Proficient in technology including Microsoft Office, and CRM’s
  • Ability to take feedback and be coached up with the desire to get better every day
  • Proven success in building business relationships
  • On-site, full-time attendance
  • Understanding the difference between retail and wholesale lending
 

Qualifications – A Plus to Have:

  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry with previous experience working for a retail or wholesale mortgage lender
  • Inside sales and/or phone sales experience
  • Outbound calling sales experience
  • Previous experience in a business-to-business sales environment

NOTE: This is an inside account executive position based in Costa Mesa, CA. Candidates must reside in the Southern California Area. Our inside account executives work a 9:00 am to 6:00 pm schedule with a one-hour lunch.
