Disaster Declaration for the State of Tennessee
FEMA Notice Date: October 2nd, 2024
On October 2, 2024, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) declared that federal disaster aid with individual assistance has been made available to counties in Tennessee to supplement recovery efforts in the areas affected by Tropical Storm Helene on September 26, 2024 – and continuing. On October 24, 2024, FEMA announced that the incident period end date was September 30, 2024.
